It’s disappointing that they chose to serve ice cream that is half melted instead of suggesting another flavor. At this price point, anything less than its optimal quality is not ideal.

Absolutely amazing,today was Father's day and they offered a generous amount of ice cream ,caramel espresso was a new flavour introduced in Oberweis❤we loved it..and there was a girl who had red hair,she was so sweet to us..thank you for serving us🥰🥰would visit again very soon🥳

Great ice cream, but only one employee was working both the register and ice cream station. The wait was much longer than it should have been. The staff member worked hard, but management needs to provide better staffing during busy times.

Ice cream is good, but service has fallen off lately, theres one table and one carry out order and yet, we need to wait 10 minutes before being addressed. This isn't the first time this happens. The Sheffield location is much better, don't waste your time here.

Courteous server served delicious birthday ice cream today. The ice cream had festive sprinkles on top and it might have included white chocolate chips hidden inside of the cup.

My experience at this Oberweis has been exceptional every time I have gone, but my experience today was nothing like I have ever had before. Today, I had trouble finding a quart of ice cream in the freezer, and after asking this young lady working there, Maryam, about it, she went above and beyond finding that quart, even going to the back and looking for it. Throughout our interaction, she was outgoing, polite, and extremely patient. This location has proved to me that they have excellent employees and very tasty ice cream. Would definitely recommend 👌

Shakes are horrible they just taste like heavy whipping cream. Ice cream wasn’t great either and we paid money for a certain signature ice cream bowl; it was too expensive, too overpowering and the ice cream didn’t have everything advertised.

We gave a 15% tip and yet we’re served (there were 2 of us) after 3 people that came in after us as the employee seemed to know them by the time we got our ice cream too is mostly melted. My wife asked for water and it was room temperature with something floating in it

I enjoyed the Shamrock ice cream ☘️—thanks to the friendly employee who suggested the best option.

Love the icecream, too bad their pint selection seems to have reduced in quantity but nevertheless its always good to buy pints from here
