We (6 cousins and friends) went to have an ice cream there. When it was time to pay, my 20 years old cousin wanted to pay and I didn't want him to because I took everyone there to treat them. We didn't even spend more than one minute arguing"I will pay" and this African American cashier at the counter rudely said to both of us "Heyyyy don't break my machines." We were so shocked to deal with this racist man. He needs to be fired ASAP and we will make sure he gets fired as we will be emailing the corporate and will have them review the footage from that day. We won't be returning back to this location. Every month our 15 families gave them too much business $$$$ especially during the summer. Message for that rude and racist cashier: I am 40 years old responsible woman. How would you judge someone and say "don't break my machine?" Shame on you for being rude. I pray and hope you do this to someone else and get fired. You don't deserve to when at Oberweis. I live in Naperville, Illinois and I was excited to visit my cousins and you ruined everyone's evening by spoiling our mood.

Don’t go there if you need shakes after 9:30 apparently they stop making shakes half an hour before closing time . I drove for 26 minutes to get here and this is what I got said ?

I had a really good experience with customer service at this location. The employee that picked up the phone helped me out a lot with my last minute cake order and patiently stayed on the line while I was dealing with discrepancies between third-party delivery services and the Oberweis official website. I really appreciate it.

We usually have a good experience visiting this location, but tonight was the worst. We ordered two cups of ice cream for dine in. Did not get a number so we waited by the pick up window. When we saw other people after us got their ice cream we went up to the pick up counter and the manager said that they called our number and since no one claimed it they put it back. We were right by the pick up area and no one called our order. So he said they will re do it. When he came back we asked if they used different scoops to scoop the ice cream he said yes. Then we told him that my husband is allergic to coconut, then he said wait let me re do it. So he lied that he used different scoops. We said to forget it and asked for our money back.

Always my favorite place to buy cold deserts. The triple chocolate smoothie. Love this place. Some staffs work here are on a summer job. Coz they kinda lax a bit coz summer season is over. But deserts are still are sweet as a sugar. Would come back again.
