Terrible. I have frequently ordered for my daughter with 15 minutes lead time. Over an hour and 20 minutes and her lunch still isn't there. This has happened any time I have expected quick turnaround, and was told it could be there by noon. If you can't expect JJ's to deliver quickly, as is their pride, there's zero reason to order these bland subs. Never again.

This place used to be great BUT now has TERRIBLE customer service!
My husband and I at this place several times a week, we were frequent customers BUT last night Jimmy Johns showed they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I always ask for extra mayo on mine because they don't put enough to taste it with all the other toppings on the sandwich and if they still don't put enough I will ask for some packets so I can do it myself.
