My daughter wanted and insisted to go to kfc this morning. So off we went and was about to pull at the drive thru when she told me she wanted to dine in. The Kfc in Lisle opens at 10:30 in the morning and we were a couple of minutes early but they graciously told us they were open already and served us. Thank you! For the nice guy and lady who were so nice to us. Thank you!

Very bad customer service! I ordered something thru door dash and the KFC manager called me and said they did not have ingredients to make my order! And she offered me 3 chicken piece with Mac and cheese and a drink and mind you I paid $18 and she was only giving me 3 of chicken! So I said cancel my order because the app showed me that if I cancel it won’t refund me!
