They're slow and they over charge for things.
I had big order so they forgot one of sandwiches so I went back and politely asked about it and the girl yelled at me calling me liar an I even said I would gladly repay for it since she in the first place never offered me my receipt and while waiting her and another working kept saying I was liar and shaking their heads at me. Awesome service. Probably the only fast food restaurant in litchfield that actually gets your order correct and the food always tastes great and is hot.
