arrived at 8:15, doors locked tight, employees already had everything cleaned out. sign on door says open until 10 pm.
Got the wrong order again, food that we did receive was luke warm at best. Michael screwed up the whole order. No answer when we called - not answering the phone. LAST SALE FROM ME!!!!!
Did not get what I ordered, but was charged for it. I wanted to upgrade the wings to 2 additional breasts, only got one but charged for the additional 2. Food looked like it was cooked in very old oil. Person who took our order acted like She didn’t want to be working.
Will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau and KFC Corp, and leaving review on Yelp.
