“need to start new from the bottom up! inattentive, rude employees who will stand around while customers are left standing WAITING for over FIVE minutes for orders that STILL are NOT ready after an HOUR!!!! And all customers get are excuses!!!! Fire all existing employees and start fresh. Edit: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! FEMALE EMPLOYEE CALLS CUSTOMERS NAMES AND FOUR LETTER WORDS, MANAGER DOES NOTHING!!!!“
