Starbucks has gotten complacent & ridiculously overpriced.
All the locations I've been to used to be amazing but in the last couple of years the quality of their drinks & the professionalism & courtesy of their employees has decreased; the prices do not match the quality.
I think other people have also noticed those things, which may be why other businesses like Seven Brew have quickly become extremely successful.

Why can't this starbucks be as good as the one in Edwardsville? I really want this one to be just as good. Whoever owns this one needs to make that happen. Also, it could use a deep clean.
