What a total waste of 25 minutes of my life. 25 minute wait for 2 drinks??? Orders weren't taken care of in the order they came in. Just done at random. I had 3 people come in after I already put my order in and paid. All 3 got their coffee and drinks before me. Also, why the hell would you make my hot sandwich and give it to me 15 minutes before you even made my coffee???

I asked for a drink with specific ingredients. The lady sounded surprised for the mixture of Ingredients that I wanted in MY drink. Then she was just like. Oh I don’t have raspberry foam.
No suggestions, not even interested in giving any other options or interested to ask more about my order.
This was suppose to be a Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe. When the Barista handed me the frappe, I asked for it to be remade because it looks nothing like the drink I always order. It was remade the same exact way!!! It tastes nothing like it’s suppose to be. The excuse I was given was “all ingredients are in the cup”. I will be taking my business to a different Starbucks as this was the last time I order from this location. This location is always busy and super slow!...read full review

Starbucks Coffee Company has fantastic staff who provide perfect drinks and food. The employees are very kind and always smiling. Some staff members, like those in the drive thru, are particularly cheerful and have great smiles. They remember regular customers and ask how they are doing, which starts their day off well. The staff are very friendly and kind, even when items like the double smoked sandwich are sold out. They apologize and make an effort to make customers feel good. The location has a Clover Vertica method of brewing coffee, which makes great tasting coffee. However, some customers feel that the location is understaffed. Overall, the staff at Starbucks Coffee Company are very good at their jobs and make customers happy. They are always smiling and kind, which makes a big difference to customers.
