They never make anything right, employees are unfriendly and now we have purchased a blueberry muffin that looks burned and gross. Do better or sell to someone who cares. Going elsewhere. 3 strikes… you’re out.
Most mornings, this place is faster, more efficient, and friendlier than the location over by 83 on North Ave. They're able to zip through lines of cars pretty quickly on busy mornings and they've always gotten my order correct.
Recently, the woman working in the morning has seemed to get more surly. That was capped off this morning when I asked for my usual Sausage/Egg/Cheese on English Muffin. I was told, "my oven's not on yet" and that I'd have to wait about 10 minutes....read full review
I was so excited to have a Dunkin that was easy to get to on my way to work. While they are so quick but THE QUALITY SUCKS! Today is the 3rd time I had to THROW OUT a full iced coffee because it was so bad. Very disappointing
