A Wonderful employee, named Lynn, went beyond her job in kindness to help my elderly mom, who wasn't feeling well during her shopping time. Lynn found a place for my mom to sit down, asked if she could call someone, brought mom's cart to a checkout, bagged her groceries, got the payment from Mom, and helped her to her car!!!!! Now that is not only Service, but Kindness!!! Thankyou Lynn for helping my mom💗💗💗

Jewel-Osco is a large grocery store in Lombard known for its clean environment and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the wide variety of products available, including a large selection of toys, vegetables, and drinks.
The produce quality is generally good, with fruits like rambutan and California fruits being highlighted. While the store offers many options, finding specific items can be challenging due to the large selection. The checkout process is considered smooth and fast, and there is a convenient pharmacy on site.
However, some customers found the hot chicken to be disappointing.
