I just happened to be here when they were having a staff meeting and I got the vibe that they actually care about and listen to their employees, which makes me way more motivated to support them.
It's a hit or miss for me at White Castles. Today the food was room temp. I like my food piping hot. All I ordered was 1 burger. My rule of thumb is- if a customer order 1 item you need to put your best foot forward. There's nothing else in the bag could satisfy them.
