We love living in Long Grove and want nothing more than a buzzing, thriving downtown filled with businesses that welcome families and support the community. Unfortunately, Chatter Box continues to show the opposite.

If you look on Google, yelp, and even on the Long Grove pages, you can see people have made posts over the years about how the Chatter Box staff is rude to families with children, and it is not family friendly. I have been a Long Grove resident for over 10 years and want all of the downtown business to succeed. I like the patio ambience. However, getting a cocktail in a sit down restaurant in a small plastic cup is not my thing. Dates appetizer was great. Tacos were really bad, no taste - except the sauce from a dispenser on top. Used to be better…
