“I had the best experience this morning at Good morning good day cafe , this was my first time trying it out and can I say the food was amazing the coffee was the best I’ve had in town and the service was even better. I had the banana pecan crepes and fresh fruit ! I also took some pastries home the baklava is literally the best I’ve ever had!!”

“A friend and I are from Virginia and in the area to visit a long-time friend. She suggested dinner at the pub. We shared a tenderloin sandwich, tots, onion rings, popcorn shrimp (which was really a nice sized fried shrimp,) buffalo chicken dip, and French fries. All the food was tasty and enjoyable for some pretty picky eaters. Two Gin Blossoms were thoroughly enjoyed. Service was fabulous. Sunday football was playing on the TVs. The environment is very friendly. Two couples were there with their babies. You will no be disappointed.”

I live an hour and half away and when I'm in Streator I get their food everytime plus some to take home..love the chicken as well. I haven't tried the whole menu option but im sure it's all as delicious..very friendly and reasonable as well..100 percent recommend!”

“Great little place to grab something to eat. Owner was very pleasant to talk to. The place was decorated very nice for the holidays. The appetizers jalapeños poppers, and pepper jack mac bites were excellent and the Smash burgers were pretty good. Only thing for the Smash Burger is maybe a little bit more seasoning. When we got the bill, I was amazed at the pricing. For the two of us, it was only 48 with 2 appetizers, 4 drinks, 2 Smash burgers. Great bar food!!!”

“If you are traveling through Streator you must stop here and have a cheeseburger or a grilled steak sandwich or even one of the few places left that has the liverwurst on the menu. This is just an old time bar that still serving food. I love this place”

“Excellent cut to order meat. I only visited the grocery side so I gave it three stars for atmosphere because it is after all a grocery store. It's small but well stocked. And the meat is absolutely fantastic! This will probably be my go-to place whenever I buy meat products.”
