I door dash and I honestly will say everyone who works there are so respectful and kind! It's also my favorite place to go too to pick up food. I've NEVER seen so much respect nor received it from any other fast food or restaurants since door dashing! Keep up the great service, it definitely doesn't go unnoticed!

The food is your average fast food and the restaurant is well kept. However, the last time I visited a younger cashier, on the bigger side, took my order and forgot to give me my drink due to distractions from friends. This has happened 3 times with the same employee. The first time, during drive thru she made me wait until she finished her conversation with her friends. The second time, again during the drive thru she gave me a sort of attitude, almost like she was mad at me for coming in at such a time. Her name is Liliana. I have had only 2 out of 5 good experiences with her.

Good food and nice workers but the speakers need to be fixed i have to scream into it and they still cant hear me last two times I went I asked for chick fil a sauce first time i got buffalo and the second creamy dijon? I dont understand how you can get that mixed up incredibly annoying not having sauce and having to deal with it or waste more of my time.

My family and I love Chick-Fil-A. Recently, we decided to eat inside at the Machesney Park and our server Teresa was absolutely amazing and very professional! We have never eaten inside before and we are so glad we did! We have always been a big fan of Chick-Fil-A and we are even a bigger fan after today! Thanks Teresa for a wonderful experience!

Horrible experience. Not once, every time. Today, could not get my order right that consisted of ONE item. I must’ve ordered it at least four times. Then, still wrong at the window. On top of that, they were unbelievably rude about it and blamed me, suggesting I changed my order. Not one person, but 2-3 staff. Literally rolled eyes & walked away from me while I was trying to get the right food. High school, anyone? I’ve tried to get in touch with the owner/operator to no avail. There really should be an adult in the room once in awhile. PLEASE HIRE A GROWN-UP OR TWO! Cannot stand this location. Wish there was another convenient location for me. Slow, inaccurate, rude as ever.
