Chili's Grill & Bar

Unfortunately after waiting 20 minutes for the hostess to seat us, we were told no tables were available because too many were dirty. I explained that our teens were involved in a basketball tournament a n d we only had a 2 hour windows. Still no table available. When I checked with a someone else I was told we probably could not get served and eat in that time frame. If the place was busy. ..it was not I could understand. If If were the dinner hour. I could understand but not at 3pm!!!! Then we ask... why are restaurants closing. It's easy to understand especially when the greeter blantantly laughs in your face.

Had a issue with getting a E-Gift card to work online. I drove down the street and did my order face to face. Nicole was the awesome server who came out to help me take the order and figured out why it didnt work. I appreciate the fast and Find A Way attitude to help me get my order in. Thanks Nicole!

The food is lukewarm at best. Appetizer took a long time to come out to the table then our main meal came out like two minutes later. I had to ask for wet napkins for bbq wings. He said he would bring out small plates for the wings and never did.

The food was great, however, we had the most annoying waitress ever. She was constantly, and I mean every 2 minutes, asking us if everything was okay, did we need anything, was it good. She was so in our face that we couldn't have a conversation. Her name started with a V, but I have forgotten it. She also did not listen when I ordered as I asked for the spicy drizzle on the side, it was all over my salad. My husband wanted to shove a couple of napkins in her mouth to shut her up. We'll go back but we will sit as far away from her tables as possible!!

If you want to avoid food poisoning this would be the place to avoid.. Management's lack of interest to compensate for cold and undercooked items.

Great service

Good menu , salad, and chicken wings were good.
But the service was terrible and non attentive. The waitress wasn't friendly. Very long wait for the food , when it wasn't very busy.

My mom and I went In for lunch yesterday, and it was delicious! Our server, Deana was great! She had us laughing, never had an empty drink and when she wasn’t taking care of customers, she was cleaning! You don’t see that very often!! We both had the triple dipper, and that is always a go-to!! Will definitely be back!!

Stop Allowing Screaming Children in The Bar Area!

The food and our waitress were great. The length of time it took for someone to greet and seat me was disappointing. Time around 12:30 on a Friday afternoon. Then when the hostess finally came over to the door, she tried to help a young couple first. Never asked, who is next? ⁹

Absolutely love this place

Chilis has to be the most consistent out of the chain restaurants it always hot fresh and always tasty
