If you want to avoid food poisoning this would be the place to avoid.. Management's lack of interest to compensate for cold and undercooked items.

Great service

Good menu , salad, and chicken wings were good.
But the service was terrible and non attentive. The waitress wasn't friendly. Very long wait for the food , when it wasn't very busy.

My mom and I went In for lunch yesterday, and it was delicious! Our server, Deana was great! She had us laughing, never had an empty drink and when she wasn’t taking care of customers, she was cleaning! You don’t see that very often!! We both had the triple dipper, and that is always a go-to!! Will definitely be back!!

Stop Allowing Screaming Children in The Bar Area!

The food and our waitress were great. The length of time it took for someone to greet and seat me was disappointing. Time around 12:30 on a Friday afternoon. Then when the hostess finally came over to the door, she tried to help a young couple first. Never asked, who is next? ⁹

Chilis has to be the most consistent out of the chain restaurants it always hot fresh and always tasty

Food quality seems to have improved at least for the burgers but went down on the fajitas

My friend and I arrived right at opening today (0427). Wanted to give a shout out to our server (he had glasses and sorry I didn't get his name) and was the one who sat us also. Hands down, in many years of dining out, he was the BEST server I've ever had. He was friendly, never missed a beat on refilling our drinks. Hope he sees this; next time we are there, hope to get seated in his section. Keep up the good work- from the girls who ate too many chips, and ordered the cookie dessert, which we totally didn't need. Thank you!!

Went Thursday night with some friends and had quite an enjoyable experience. Server was very attentive and even the manager was very friendly and welcomed us. Atmosphere was very clean with no long waits. Refills were fast and easy didn’t even need to notify anyone with how fast the service was. Made the night out so enjoyable.

Was told can't split fajitas dinner since when? It was me and my 80 year old mother for lunch we left

We went to Chili's because I wanted to have my favorite grilled chicken avocado and bacon sandwich on a hoagie bun. Boy was I disappointed. They changed my favorite sandwich. It use to have a real chicken breast on it. It now has a very flat piece of chicken,with no flavor at all. So dry on one side ,the round brioche bun was awful!!!! We will never go back there again

Servers here are allowed to wear obnoxious nose rings and appear to sweat all over your food. Bathrooms we're filthy and they intentionally make it dark in there so the filth is less noticeable. Food is always decent but this location really fails to maintain any standards. I eat at a different Chilli's almost monthly all over Illinois and Wisconsin.
