The first time going ther order a strawberry shake and dr pepper frost they gave me a chocolate shake and a vanilla shake. They were good but not what I ordered
Excellent food, service, and prompt delivery! I wanted to specifically recognize Bailey; she went above and beyond the spectrum of customer service today to help me with something that I did in error. Appreciating a customer and future business is what it's all about and you don't see that very much anymore. Very professional, polite, and extremely considerate to customer relationships! Kepp up the great work Bailey, Freddy's is lucky to have an employee like you!

The food isn't bad but how are those price is justified? The portion sizes aren't bad, but even then, they're more expensive than five guys

I love this place, honestly, but could someone tell the employees that you cant wipe your gloved fingers on your apron then stick that hand immediately into a prep food bins.
(It was the tomatoes) I'll still eat here because mistakes happen, but it might time for a brush up on those service hygiene habits.

today was my first time here i had an fracture arm and was greeted kindly and the place is amazing very very clean everyone there was working hard and they have some really good fry sauce ! 10/10 i will recommend anyone who comes there!

Freddy's is an amazing place for a quick lunch or dinner burger style. They have the most amazing shoestring french fries, small and crisp.
The ice cream the custards and desserts makes Freddy's one of my favorite go-to burger places.

Great customer service, food is ok nothing to special patties were extremely thin but good. My melt was not made how I asked but the receipt has the correct order, but it just was not made correctly. Their sauce is amazing. Their concretes/shakes/sundaes are better than Culver’s actually. hot dog was great. Would come back if I was in the area.
