Jersey Mike's Subs

Out of all of my visits to this place. I watched 5 of the employees speak and engage with others. I use to like coming here but today was so uncomfortable and dismissive.

Great sandwiches.

In on 12/17/24 @ 145 pm. Bea4ded man made sandwiches. Asked for ham sandwich, hold the cheese for an allergy. Put in a very scant amount of ham, and no napkins! This was our 4th weekday visit and not sure we will be back for a long time. If we want skimpy sandwiches we can go to Jimmy Johns!

I ordered a Philly steak w/o peppers. The meat was burnt and the cheese was not melted and off the bun.

They cannot do curbside pickup correctly despite it being a feature in the app that explicitly allows it. Disappointed in this however the food's fine.

Ordered an online pick up order. Completely messed up the order. My sandwich was dripping mayo didn't even ask for it on my sub I ordered it Mike's way literally the restaurant sandwich! How do you mess that up! I also said something to them about the bread not being cooked all the way so when I brought my sandwiches back in to have them remade I was interrogated about whether I wanted the bread because "I was going to get the same bread". Um when this place opened the bread was browned and cooked and the top was crunchy now it's literally dough is what I meant. But if that's what you got for my $60 in subs sure. They have raised the prices and got worse and making them. I get it keep up with demand and raise prices accordingly to stay open but don't make a 5$ sub and charge me $20. I expect to get what I pay for like everyone else. To make matters worse when I got home from picking up my remade sandwiches my sandwich had provolone cheese on it should have been American and my husband had American cheese should have been provolone and no they were not busy. Slow down and read your customers make your check its probably important to keep them happy. It will be a while before I come back here simply because of the rudeness.

I will single-handedly keep this place in business if I have to, these guys have been my go to for lunch breaks for almost a month now. Never once had a bad experience here and I don’t think I ever will.

I used to be a die hard subway dan, then I wanted a more homemade fresh tasting sub and I was off to find that shop. Visiting many small sub shops to big chain shops, then I was hooked on Jimmy John's for a while till I heard people brag about Jersey Mike's and saw commercials on social media so decides to stop in at my Local Jersey Mike's, the smell was awesome, people were friendly and place was clean, got the original italin with everything on it and man you can see the freshness and quality of the products, my first bite was truly amazing and brought me back to a time back in the late 80's to this small mom and pop sub shop by my house. I found my go to sub shop and I rate Jersey Mike's better than the sub shop currently in operation.
