Holly, Brittney and lucas were amazing, they take Glutten free SERIOUSLY! Having a girlfriend with Celiaca makes it incredibly challenging to find businesses that truly keep up on their end to provide a safe delicious experience. Kudos to them because we truly appreciate it.

I ordered 3 sub (2 hot 1 cold) and 2 were made wrong. I addressed it with one of the employees and was made to feel that I was in the wrong for being upset

We went there Friday evening September 5th. My husband and I go there quite often because we really like the food. They had music on soooooo loud you couldn't even barely here the people working there asking for your order. We are older and do not like rap music but we can handle that if it isn't blaring from the speakers. It made the visit very unpleasant. We would have sat outside but it was too cool. We probably won't to back there. I don't understand why restaurants think you want music so loud that you can't have a conversation. Most people that go there to eat and have another person or persons there want to talk to each other. Even younger people that like that kind or music would not enjoy their visit. So will not be getting Jersey Mike's there again. We might try the one on E. State but if it's the same we won't. We live over 1/2 hour away and like to eat there. It's too bad that restaurant don't remember that there are older people that eat out and most of them eat at the location.

I recently decided to try Jersey Mike's for the first time last week and I'm so glad I did! The staff is friendly and wonderful and the food is delicious. I will be ordering at least once a week! A big thank you to the manager and the hard working staff. Y'all are amazing!!!

Jersey Mike’s is always my go-to sandwich shop! The food is always fresh, and the workers are friendly, fast, and professional. The prices are fair for the quality you get, and the restaurant is always spotless. Located in a great area with easy parking, it’s the perfect spot for a quick, delicious meal every time!

Out of all of my visits to this place. I watched 5 of the employees speak and engage with others. I use to like coming here but today was so uncomfortable and dismissive.

Great sandwiches.

In on 12/17/24 @ 145 pm. Bea4ded man made sandwiches. Asked for ham sandwich, hold the cheese for an allergy. Put in a very scant amount of ham, and no napkins! This was our 4th weekday visit and not sure we will be back for a long time. If we want skimpy sandwiches we can go to Jimmy Johns!
