Waited in line for 20 minutes for breakfast and as soon as I get to order the menu switched, they wouldn't let me order breakfast even though I WAS THERE IN TIME! Damn they were moving slow.

This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I've been to. There are 2 lines for the drive thru. So the car line up in 2 separate lines. The line I chose, we watched 6 cars go through before one car in our lane was asked to order. If you can't run 2 lanes, don't have 2 lines.

Slowest drive-through line at 1 PM on a weekday EVER! And they are sending nobody to the additional pick up lanes. I gave them two stars instead of one because at least they were pleasant and apologetic once I got to the window

Used Mobile App. I am not sure what the required wait is on a coffee drink that was ordered in advance, but I had to get back to work so left. Mobile order does not save time. No other cars in line when I pulled up but many came and went.

Sat in the drive through in front of the speaker for two full minutes at 4 pm and nobody said a thing. I announced myself three times.
No "hold on please" no "can i take your order" just absolute silence, while the second drive through was moving fine.
If youre going to have two lanes, hire two people taking orders. I expect absolute garbage food from McDonald's as a default, but I at least expect it to be QUICK garbage food.
Can you imagine waiting 20 minutes for 2 Double Cheeseburgers and a large fry? Luckily I checked my food before I left, they didn't even put cheese on my "double cheese" like really? I normally go thru drive thru but it was really busy and I ordered only 3 things. They prioritize drive thru more then the people that come in which is pathetic. They are a sad excuse of a McDonald's. The managers care as much as the children who work in it. I no longer will be wasting my money on people who can't read something simple as PLAIN. Get your crap together because you had enough people.

Managers are rude and do not know what they are doing. There was a man waiting for his coffee for 15 mins and after waiting 15 mins they still needed to brew the coffee so he had to wait even longer. Orders are never right and they can never find the mobile orders. Worst MCDonalds in the area.
