I came here a while ago I stay in Beloit so it’s a little bit away from me. I had an order messed up and spoke to Emily on the phone she said coming and she’d replace my meal. I got here tonight and because “Emily doesn’t work here anymore” I can’t get it replaced.

Ordered a 10pc nugget meal and got charged $0.19 for a “sweet tea upcharge” since when is this a thing and why? McDonalds and every other food establishment has almost 100% overhead on drinks this is not necessary and quite frankly made me angry.
Went inside to order a coffee and took 10min to get it after I ordered it
