Many selections of Pizza, and you can add more topping. PIzza is thin and crispy. We ordered the Jasper spicy chicken, but we didn't taste any spicy at all.

Walked in to order, 5 workers, no one said a word. 3 people in front of us all working on call in orders. After 5 minutes of being ignored, we just left. Sad thing is, we had someone with us for there first time to eat at MOD'S

Food is fine but it’s 9pm and they’re shutting down half the dine in area and cramming people on one side. I understand they have to clean but it’s not even close to closing.

Most of the employees were great except the one ringing us up. Every time we asked a question she had an attitude. Food was cooked great though.
Ordered a pickup , was told it was going to be done shortly when i arrived. Then waited 25 minutes for the pizza when it was sitting on rack

Staff was very rude and uneducated about service animals. “It’s actually required to have your dog registered” in IL is incorrect I highly recommend educating staff on the two questions they’re allowed to ask, documentation not being one of them.

They forgot my salad and by the time I was done with my pizza there was a line and I didn't want to wait for the salad to get made so I just walked out. Unfortunately, with how many options there are these days, this is about as much of a chance as you get. No major complaints. I didn't really expect much except for everything I ordered.
