I ordered online but accidentally ordered it to the wrong Noodles location. I didn’t realize until I was there for pick up. The staff was so kind and made it for me anyway, even though i mistakenly ordered to the wrong Noodles.

Food came out super fast and super hot. SO good.

When I'm craving some noodles, I hit up Noodles and Company. Plenty of choices and options. The only thing I would change if I could would be to swap their Coke drinks for Pepsi products. Minor issue but that's me. Plenty of variety in their Freestyle fountain.

We went into the Noodles in Machesney Park on 9/5/25. Delaney was our cashier, she informed us the ice machine was broken and offered to get us ice from the back for our drinks. We went and filled our cups only to figure out all the pop in the machine was flat. I let her know and she right away was apologizing, not her fault at all. She offered me a refund on the drinks, i said that was ok, then she offered us bottles of pop and water from the cooler. She also helped an older couple with a refund for their drinks. She handled the situation with calmness and amazing customer service. I wouldn’t have given a 5 star if it had t been for her customer service. Keep her around!

The staff gave me the wrong food first as there was two orders with the same first name. No biggie, good thing I checked before driving away.
My daughter was disappointed with how much she received in her bowel compared to us and other noodles locations that she's gotten the same Mac and cheese at. My wife was not happy with her dish, she didn't eat it at all. I finished it because I'll eat anything but it honestly was gross. luckily I was really hungry.

This place is FILTHY! The tables and chairs are full of crumbs and dirt. The drink machine looks as though it's not been cleaned in months, dried drinks all along the back. No ice in the machine. The station with napkins, straws etc., filthy. If what I can see is this dirty, how bad is the kitchen?! The food tasted good, but portions were extremely small, now served in a plastic bowl. Been a long time since I've been here and such a disappointment!

Will never eat here again me and my wife both got the crispy chicken bacon Alfredo last night and it was raw inside so I tried to call no one answered. Called today management couldn't find my order and im on a time crunch and the dont seem to understand that I will be contacting corporate and the health department about the experience
