I love Panera, but this location gets my order wrong more than right😠I know I’m a picky eater and I customize my sandwiches but the location in my college town has no problem with it. If I’m paying 15 dollars for a sandwich, I feel like the order should be right. Food is really good when it’s right though.
Something is wrong with my order every single time I come here. It’s always something small, but over time it has just really added up. Please train your staff to include utensils and napkins and cups when necessary. I’m sick of walking back inside to grab napkins or a spoon. I’m sick of asking for my cup that I ordered and paid for EVERY single time. I’m sick of asking for my chips or bread that I ordered. I think I’m just done.

Happy Valentines Day everyone! I called in to place an order for a lunch meeting today and I was blown away by the customer service I received. Ryah assisted me with my order. She was very professional, caring and kind. Her customer service was outstanding. She deserves a raise! Thank you again so much and we will defiantly be ordering from here always! :)
Prices are hi but delicious
Panara is always expensive for the portions you get. Regardless, their food is pretty good. They run out of bread way too often. If you order food on the app, they don't bother calling you to let you know they are out of something. They will wait till you get there for your pick up time, then ask you what different bread you want and make you wait even longer for your food. I don't recommend using their app till they can get it right for their customers. But highly recommend going in and dining in.

To Panera:
I USED to love Panera --- always my go-to BUT the food now tastes old and tasteless. I did drive thru for lunchtime. Soup was tasteless -- definitely needed seasoning. The sandwich -- the bread tasted stale and again, it needs seasoning! The bread that came with the soup was so freaking hard.
For the cost --- you really need to do better

Got the Southwest salad no corn, no cilantro or blue tortilla chips or the aloo. Just lettuce and tomato and chicken not a southwest salad. But they charged as it was. Autumn harvest soup was watered down like water no seeds on top also. Really disappointing. This happened 3 times now with food missing items. Gonna try one more time. If not good I won't recommend anymore or go there. Really sad really use to like them and they are not cheap either.

I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a sandwich at the drive through, I ordered the Chicken BLT. There was ot one single piece of chicken or bacon. This is the second time I have been disappointed here. I'm done. Like I said. Very disappointed!

Gave us the wrong order then ignored us at the window. We waved they ignored us until we knocked. When we did get our order, the food was missing several meats/veggies. Do not recommend.

Preordered & prepaid. Waited in the drive-through for 19 minutes behind the car in front of me. After 10 minutes of sitting there, they apparently asked the person in front of me to pay for their order. They tried paying with the phone and it didn’t work and it didn’t work and it didn’t work. Why are you waiting 10 minutes to collect money? Why didn’t you ask the person to pull out a line and give the other people in the ‘pick up’ line their food. Maybe have them drive around again or come in? Finally after 19 minutes of sitting in line, the guy pulled away - he didn’t have his food apparently he got a free drink because he never paid. My soup was lukewarm and my salad was warm - sitting in the same bag as the soup. 20 minute drive home had to microwave the soup.
Food: I got the autumn harvest soup and it was alright. Not as good as usual. No pumpkin seeds! Not sure about the salad - haven’t eaten yet. Pretty disappointing visit I have to say- especially for the amount of money you pay.
