“Last minute decision to spend day in Rockford and looked for a place online while driving. We look for something different to try and we're not disappointed! Definitely make reservations if your going to try although on a Sunday Morning we only waited 1/2hr for a bar seating, which was totally fine more interaction with staff and able to watch the workings of the restaurant. Food was delicious, healthy options (GF,vegan) We will definitely be back!“

“Dee Dee did her coffee truck at my wedding back in July and it was a hit!!!! She came up with cute names for the drinks she served and was all around very professional. Def recommend going to her coffee shop and booking her coffee truck for an event!“

“I have lived in Rockford for a year and never really dined out, had a dinner with my folks and was pleasantly surprised. The service is excellent, the venue is clean, the food is amazing, the menu has a nice selection. This is the best option for a normal American meal outside of the downtown area. The ambiance is old school wood and low lighting, comfortable seating inside or out, Every course I ate was 5 star, the filet was incredible, even the mashed potatoes are fantastic. Highly recommended for special occasions or just a night out.“

“Stopped in here on a Friday afternoon when passing through the city of Rockford, IL, quickly touring through a handful of destinations on the Peaches Fan Trail.The Rockford Peaches frequented this bar during the season, so I wanted to enjoy a drink in the same space. Brad served us our drinks and was very friendly, telling us about his travels throughout his life. I asked if they had any peach drinks (to stay on theme) and he made one up on the spot- it was delicious! He mixed peach Jim Beam, Sprite, and lemonade, garnished with a lime. He asked us what they should call it- the Dottie.The space was clean, drinks were affordable, and I hope to return during the lively hours one night when passing through Rockford again.“

“Great atmosphere, nice stage area for bands, we saw Beaver Creek Band, one of the best local bands! The Friday night fish fry was absolutely amazing!! Generous prices of Walleye and just the right amount of breading!! Highly recommended for the fish, at a very reasonable price!!“

“Cant ask for anything much better in Rockford for fast and great meal at a reasonable cost . Food is always hot and cooked to perfection every time I have gone there . No matter who sells Gyros in town , his cant be beat for price and size !“
