Very poor customer service experience. Ice water on a hot day is not an unreasonable request. The manager here doubled down on the ‘new CEO’s policy’ of not offering water instead of using this as an opportunity to provide excellent customer service. It’s disappointing, and as a former barista I would like to think I’d have handled the situation very differently.

I see I’m not the only one who has noticed this ‘policy’. Maybe consider changing this. To not offer ice water feels very anti-customer to me.

Everything about starbucks is always the best. Thank you guys! Recommended drinks - Strawberry acia refresher or iced white chocolate mocha with no whip cream. Add caramel drizzle and add vanilla sweet cream cold foam. The best 👌 💕

My wife decided to go in because the drive-through was about 25 cars long out to the road. I made sure to notice the last couple of cars and wouldn’t you know it my wife was still in there 12 minutes past that last car.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. The representative that took our order was EXTREMELY rude to my son's and I. She did not give me a receipt or ask if I wanted one and rolled her eyes at me when I went to ask for one. No, I did not receive a receipt for my transaction. If possible, go to a different one!

If I could give it a zero i would. Yesterday We ordered a French vanilla latte & i was going to get a slice of the delicious looking banana bread however as I look in the case where the food was there were approximately ( no joke) about 25 large gnats flying around the food and landing on the food. The husband said his coffee was nasty. He said it tasted like super old coffee. Staff was polite however the about of bugs on the food was very disturbing 🤮 NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL NOT BE STOPPING THERE AGAIN!!!

I get Starbucks every single morning and I get the same exact thing. I refuse to go on Thursdays anymore. The girl that works the drive thru window NEVER gets my order right. It's not hard to read the order. I pay extra for things and the Thursday crew obviously either can't read or don't care.
