12-16-23 5:30AM I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no one responding, pull up to the window and make eye contact with multiple people and still no one to take my order. Horrible service and lame workers, will be spreading the word at my company and with friends to boycott this specific location

This Starbucks is not on my way to work, but I will go out of my way on the mornings I want a vanilla sweet cream cold brew because this location gets it right every time! The staff is amazing, warm, and friendly, and their customer connections are top notch! Thanks 173 Starbucks for being consistent and caring!

Dangerous behavior when I had telecommunications and medical problem and needed their help. I came during store training one day, 4 - 6 PM, and needed to communicate with a human being to help me -- a regular customer. They laughed at me 3 times and turned away. In America, $$$ talks, and if you aren't paying it into their hands, they don't care. Go across to street to the one at Target, or another place altogether.

They are always very polite and very helpful if your looking to try something new and if you don’t like it they will fix it until they get it right……
Used the drive through and it went swiftly for a Saturday morning rush. My drink was made wrong but was still tasty, my friends drink was fine. I just don't think it lives up to all the "hype".

The coffee was amazing (had the pistachio cold brew) and service was phenomenal but working from home I was looking for a place that I could work and this is not a place as the sitting area is right under a speaker which was playing music too loud

This Starbucks is slightly better than the average Starbucks. Always very fast! Always a smile. Very clean. Just very inviting. If you order through the app is in normally on the counter in under 2 minutes. And the drive thru actually has good sound. I could not ask for more!

Today was a little Disappointing because I had to wait for over 5 minutes at the counter to. Reload my card because the employee that was supposed to be helping the customers at the counter or taking orders. Decided to make 5 bagels. Without telling me or any of the other customers waiting in line. That he would be with us shortly. Instead he just ignored us and made the food until another employee walked up to the counter and asked had we been helped yet... I'm not sure of his name but I was. Very disappointed and was already late for work and I wouldn't have been so disappointed if he would have at least acknowledged me and ask. Me to give him a second why he continued doing what he was doing..

The staff is THE BEST HERE! So friendly and helpful, they know so many of their guests by names and orders! Hellos and thank you’s every time I come in! They have an amazing manager Ally! And all of their staff is so helpful, especially Michelle and Dahlia!
