This was my first time in like a year going to subway and I wanted to try it out again . When I first got into the store I feel like I was kinda being rushed when ordering . He asked me which bread I wanted and I was looking then he just rushed and told me which ones they had . While telling me him everything I wanted on my sandwich (which wasn’t a lot) I got the the last thing I wanted to add and he goes and says “ That’s it’s , That’s too much “.. Like How are you going to tell me what I can get on my sandwich. After that I said “Huh”and he seen my facial expression and try to smile and ask if I want anything else on it .I said no got rung up and left . First time in a long time eating at subway will not be coming back anytime soon !! Especially not this one .

I am very disappointed. I called to check on an item that is brand new and someone answer the phone barely spoke to me said no, and then hung up on me. Very disrespectful and rude. That is not good. Customer service.

They don't accept coupons when the grumpy old guy is working. When he isn't, they do. How does a BLT not count for coupons. I understand The Monster, MexiCali, and Turkey Cali Club are excluded (it says that on the coupon), but a basic BLT is excluded by store policy?? What CAN you get with the coupon??? A grilled cheese is probably premium to this old man. I'm not spending $12.49 for a foot long from a SUBWAY when I can get a full meal from an actual sit down restaurant for the same price. There's no convenience, no saving, and no flavor - what on earth makes you think a sandwich is worth this? No chips or drink either for a $12.50 sandwich
I have to come in and supervise the making of my *sandwich* anyway. There's no drive thru. They give you the worst of the veggies (nothing but tomato ends that are just stringy peels)
And what in the green acres makes him think it's appropriate to scream at employees and wag his finger in customers faces?
I know many languages are tonal, so they sound strange to English only speakers - but there is no way to mistake that he was chewing this woman out
This woman is barely tall enough to see through the glass veggie/meat case
There's never an excuse to scream at an employee, especially not in front of customers. What about this makes a pleasant dining experience?
They handle cash AND food without changing gloves. Id say "lick the credit card machine," as a joke, but something tells me it would be a full price experience that doesn't take coupons.

they cancelled my order with no explanation given I was on my way to the restaurant when they cancel my order I think they have to remove that subway from the app.

Food is usually good. They prioritize online orders rather than in-person orders, which is surprising to me. Don’t like that you get prompted to tip but who doesn’t these days.

This place has poor management. It's open sometimes and not sometimes when it's supposed to be.I would never order a sandwich from here as you may be locked out from getting

I think this is a family owned subway and they're are super super nice. The owner guy remembers me from when I first started to stop by for lunch. They're very nice

The girl who was there taking our order was very rude and impatient we were nice the whole time there was no one else there till we where almost done the whole time she had her AirPod in and was on the phone she constantly asked us questions about are food that were last minute like she ask one question about one sandwich then completely ask the same question about the others rudely we didn’t even get the chance to explain what we wanted
