Well I ordered a chalupa meal asked for a soft taco bc I can barely eat anything crunchy... When I got my good the Chalupa was hard as heck I couldn't even eat it and the taco was crunchy... This is NOT the first time my orders have been messed up I figured to give them a chance NEVER AGAIN!!!!! ONLY THING RIGHT WAS THE DRINKS

I got the steak quesadilla tonight which has no lettuce to begin with so I didn’t think I had to worry about it since I really don’t like lettuce. However I was honestly surprised of the amount of lettuce it had in it… I’d understand maybe a piece of lettuce fell in there accidentally, but there was atleast 5 pieces in it and it doesn’t even have lettuce on the menu. Couldn’t even finish my meal because I was worried what else I would find. I’ll definitely be going to a different location next time.

It was horrible, I was of course starving because I hadn't eaten all day and been out doing Uber eats so I order the chalupa meal and the beef was cold in the taco and the chicken was cold in the chalupas and the chalupas shells were so hard and dry and disgusting like they been sitting there all day. So I wasted my my money on one of the most expensive meals and ended up with garbage instead. 1st and last time I'll be going to the taco Bell on West lane.
they always skimp on everything cause theyre too lazy to make it fresh even when there are 0 cars in line you get old crusty food. you would be lucky to get food here that is cooked properly. workers are also extremely rude and act like youre inconveniencing them even though youre paying 12 dollars for the worst food you have ever had

Had a horrible experience spent almost $20 asked for light ice in my drinks got heavy ice it seemed like food was instantly handed to me when I got to the window they tried to steal my credit card saying they gave it back to me and they didn’t I had to ask twice for it asked multiple times for my transaction receipt and never got it got home to drink the Baja blast and it tasted like it had been sitting out all never got my hot sauce I want and food was cold I don’t really plan on returning anytime soon. It felt like they were rushing me and everything because my food barley tasted cooked all the way
