CAUTION! Despite offering it on their online menu and having the entry appear on my receipt, they do NOT sell Coke Zero. What response did I get when I called about it? "We do not sell Coke Zero." Why is it on your menu & on my receipt? "We do not sell Coke Zero." Not even a "I'm sorry for the mixup" Ah, the wonders of those who work in the customer service industry without any concept (or interest, apparently!) of how to do it.
I don't like Subway's new menu. I know I can still get the old stuff. It's just in the new stuff, I will always find an item that I don't like. And then I don't want the whole thing.
