“This cafe has awesome ambiance & seating arrangements, perfect for kicking back and relaxing with a cup of crafted java. The baristas are also quite chill & aren't afraid to get to know their customers. All of these reasons are why me and my pops come here every weekend. Definitely recommend“
“This place is a small town gem. Partner and I passed through the area driving back to Champaign. The guy working there was super nice and generous. Partner got a cone and I got the Shake special (cinnamon toast crunch, totally bomb and packed full of cereal!). We were impressed by the quality and creativity of the ice cream. Would definitely stop in again and try the affogato if we're ever driving through Fisher.“
“We absolutely love this place. Stop here on our way to Florida. The food was so delicious. My husband got a Chilli cheese dog and I got a cheese burger and a Corn dog. It was just like we remembered it. The inside looks like it was from the 80s inside and out. It really brought a lot of memories for us. Also they play a lot of 8os music. We also did a video of the place. Be sure to check it out. Our channel is called Adventures of Scott and Michelle.“
“Great flavors and you have the option to mix. So many toppings to choose from. My fav was the color changing spoons lol. Keep in mind that you are charged by weight. Well worth the drive and a great Saturday treat to share with my baby boy. The young lady behind the counter was sweet.“
“Sonic Champaign is super busy and seemed to be short staffed. After an extended wait in a stall I was about to leave when they finally took my order. Food arrived fast and hot and I'm so glad I waited. The young lady that brought the food out was so nice and attentive . 10 stars even with the wait. Thank you guys for being awesome and nice even with short staffing“
“The staff here is super kind, very quick service and my food is always fresh. I wish I could get this kind of service in all the restaurants I go to. They're awesome here.Parking: Plenty of car parking, small amount of truck parking which is great but some spots are hard to get intoKid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love DQ?“
“There's a new Cold Stone in town and it's right in the shopping plaza with Sun Singer Cafe and pandemonium donuts. We came by for an afternoon treat. If you've been to a Cold Stone before, this is what you'd expect. Pick your base ice cream flavor (ask for samples if you can't decide by name and/or looks) and pick your mix-ins. If you're indecisive, they have signature flavors and mix-ins that you can choose from. There is a special on Tuesdays with 2 for $12. The store smells like fresh waffle cones and they had fresh baked brownies when we came in. Highly recommend the brownies esp when freshly baked. If you want to order an ice cream cake, they take orders and have a catalog of flavors or you can create your own. The side freezer has pre made ice cream cakes and ice cream cookie sandwiches. Parking is easy to find in the shopping plaza and the staff is very helpful and friendly.“
“Two words. Cold Brew. This ice cream is amazing. Along with the coffee flavor are small delicate pieces of chocolate, not the big chunks that other brands may have. Only negative is that it’s on a rotation so it’s not always available. The alternative if you’re a coffee fan is Java Chip but I thought the Cold Brew was much better. I would drive from Champaign to Mahomet to get this so I’m glad there’s one opening in Urbana in the near future!“
