Darla's is pretty good. Their Italian beef is some of the best in the area. Paninis are pretty good too. I just wish they offered more sides to go along with your sandwich. French fries would be a nice option. But that won't stop us from going. Prices are reasonable too.
We stopped in for lunch today, first time and absolutely loved everything about it. Laura was so sweet n informative. The food was amazing. I had the Italian beef n I'm telling you, it's beat every beef I've ever gotten in Chicago. The prices were definitely a treat too. Really cute and quiet atmosphere..check it out, n we will let our whole team know about you.
Cute little place for lunch on our way back from Sunshine Nursery. A Deli as I like them, build your sandwich a piece at a time. For me, pastrami, marble rye, spice mustard & provolone (really debated the cheese). Only ordered a half which was plenty for me. Wife had by the tuna melt and was very pleased. If you like a good sandwich place & live in the area, how can you pass this one up?:
