“After a 14 hour day I’m looking to grab a quick bite and hit the sheets before I get up and do it again. Head to Culver’s and the drive thru is wrapped around the parking lot. Reluctantly, I decide to stay. After waiting about 2 minutes, a young man walks up and I roll down my window. He explains he would like to take my order to speed the process. This guy has the BEST attitude and demeanor,takes my order and in about 6-7 minutes I’m on my way. Culver’s knocked others out of the park with this service and their people are SO well trained and customer focused. Great job!“

Even with drive thru orders automatically going through now instead of the app saying to click "arrived" when we've arrived in the drive thru, the associates still say "we just got the order" when we put it in 5 minutes ago... therefore making us wait for ALL food to be made. What's the point of ordering ahead online if we still have to wait as if we ordered at the speaker? Also, asking for confirmation by looking at our phones when we order personal orders through the Taco John's app? This isn't DoorDash, I literally ordered food for myself. Please, someone work on the app and speak to the associates on how to correctly handle different types of orders/look for mobile orders ahead of time and begin making them to be ready on arrival“

The folks they hire here are super friendly. The pay window (Jessica etc.) folks are the nicest. Also, there are limited waiting times here.“

“The Bradley Arby's is actually really nice. Our server's name was Payton K. and she was so sweet. I don't really ever go to Arby's, but my girlfriend likes those potato cakes (back for a limited time) so...those things were delicious. Place is clean and food was surprisingly good.“

“This store is 10 times better than the one in kankakee. Kankakee store most of the time I order chicken melts or chulpa the chicken is dried out so bad you can't chew it. Most of the time, you buy cup nacho cheese. your lucky if you get a tablespoon full. Won't go to the kankakee store anymore. They owed me a chicken chulpa c2 chicken melts. When I went to collect them, they said its been over a month, and the lady no longer worked there.The lady I was with order and guess what she got a salad and the some of the chicken was dried out.“

“We had not been to a Wendy's in a long time so we decided to stop here. Hubby ordered the single and fries & I ordered the Cobb salad. I asked about types of dressings, only to find out they had only three to choose from. Caesar, Ranch, & a Vinaigrette. I was hoping for A French, or Honey mustard or Blue cheese for the salad. Decided on Ranch. His burger was hot & fresh & so were his fries. My salad was beautiful as well as delicious. The dressing came on the side, as well as the crispy onions for the salad. But someone needs to cheer up the people working the drive thru window. But other than that, we will return!“

“While in there restaurant two men were observed with their mask on but pulled down under their chin . When I asked the employee why they did not have them on correctly, she said it was up to them if they want to wear a mask. My remark to her was " it's the law," . She had no reply. Others came in with no mask at all. It will be awhile before we come to your place again. NOT GOOD for all. You should consider all your costumers safety.“
