The cashier (a young Afro-American) said that's OK & pulled the change out of his own pocket. How kind & thoughtful! You just don't see this kind of behavior often. “After a 14 hour day I’m looking to grab a quick bite and hit the sheets before I get up and do it again. Head to Culver’s and the drive thru is wrapped around the parking lot. Reluctantly, I decide to stay. After waiting about 2 minutes, a young man walks up and I roll down my window. He explains he would like to take my order to speed the process. This guy has the BEST attitude and demeanor,takes my order and in about 6-7 minutes I’m on my way. Culver’s knocked others out of the park with this service and their people are SO well trained and customer focused. Great job!“

The folks they hire here are super friendly. The pay window (Jessica etc.) folks are the nicest. Also, there are limited waiting times here.“

“Went in while my car was getting work and got my kiddos Frostys. Absolutely wonderful, and a manager (I think) came out and was super nice to my little ones, giving them some of the meal toys. I think he made their day! He and another employee also offered to grab us napkins so I didnt have to keep getting up when my kids were messy.“

“I order delivery every week. They do good if you just get combo but if you add extra cookie or extra chip something is often missing. They are good about sending someone back with it if you call but I don't like waisting gas and time. I love the food. Seem they need someone to double check orders before sending out. Once or twice would be big deal but it's happened almost every order.“

When I asked the employee why they did not have them on correctly, she said it was up to them if they want to wear a mask. My remark to her was " it's the law," . She had no reply. Others came in with no mask at all. It will be awhile before we come to your place again. NOT GOOD for all. You should consider all your costumers safety.“
