Haven’t had Barbecue like this since Alice on 43rd between Wabash and Michigan Ave. Moreover Alice , there’s a new Queen and King of Barbecue. It’s the best! I have recommended their food to everyone I know. So far no disappointments!“

“My wife and I just tried this place for the first time (had never heard of this place before tonight) but the food was incredible! It is so hard to find a good bbq sauce for a local spot, but that is the star of the chicken wings. The lemon pepper wings were also delicious in their own right as well as the Philly steak. Please keep cooking the way you do, because this is good food! Service was great and everyone was very nice. We’ll be back again and again.“

“It was late and we were burnt out from work and hungry. When we pulled up there was a line, and as long as it took it was well worth it! Marcel knows what he's doing when it comes to make sure all foods are hot af upon delivery. And our drinks were absolutely perfect with our nacho fries!! Thank you homes!!! “Very good. Was a couple ahead of me getting serviced and another worker quickly waited on me. I had two 6inches. One veggie and one steak. Was very nice of them to ask if I wanted their gloves changed out before preparing the veggie after making the steak (keep from cross contamination). Everything tasted fresh and they was nice. My fav subway in the area out of 3 possible locations. It also helps that they stay open a little longer then the others.“

“I have been trying to find a good gyro place since Alexander's on southwest highway closed. Most of the places sell something that looks like it came from Sam's Club family pack gyros kit. Mickey's is one of the best places I have come across in my travels throughout the U.S.“

“The food is pricey. Any meal will cost you almost $20. It used to make a difference what type of food you got per the price. Not anymore a steak burger is about the same price as a regular burger. I believe people raise prices more bc of the excuse product cost more. However the staff is very friendly and they actually listen to how you ordered your food.

“I was passing by on my way to Indiana and I saw Shrimp Xpress and decided to stop by. The fried shrimp came in a paper bag with a tray and they were fresh, hot and delicious! They came with a nice tangy sauce, and I ordered a drink. My shrimp were great the texture was nice and they were not fried too hard and it had a nice batter. What you see photos of is one pound of delicious shrimp. It is an outdated drive thru, and you are ready to quickly pull out once you get your order. The staff was nice and friendly and my order was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. The reason for my 3 stars is because of the time it took them to acknowledge me when I arrived to the speaker. The reason for my rating of the atmosphere was just the layout of the drive thru.“

Cornbeef on Rye, this time I asked for the roast beef instead and when I got to the window I told the girl I hadn’t tried the Roast beef I usually get the Rueben sandwich and that I hope I like, I’m huge Arby’s fan yata yata so! She said she hadn’t tried it either but she said she would give me both in case I didn’t like the roast beef, I’m like cool!

“I had a taste for some White Castles for lunch. But, if I'm going to be honest, it was the fast food restaurant I drove past with the shortest drive-through line at the time. I knew what I was going to get with White Castles. I was driving, and the burgers were perfect for a quick meal/snack on the go.“

“This is the only J&J I will go to. The customer service is top tier. I believe it is the owner that works the register. She's very friendly. She makes you feel like family. The restaurant is extremely clean all the time. The food is excellent. You can tell the grease is cleaned frequently. Fish and chicken always taste fresh and cooked to perfection. “My review is based solely off of their chicken!!!!!!! They have some really good,well seasoned chicken! Their fries are really good too! I order the wings (also 1/4 white) with and without sauce,but when I do get sauce it’s definitely their mild because it’s very tasty! Their food is cooked to order and it’s always fresh! Depending on when you go the line (drive thru) can be very long!! Always worth the wait for me,but some people will stay in their cars on the main street (Sibley) waiting for a spot in the parking lot. It’s a pretty small space on the inside. Their flavored iced type drinks are good too. They accept cash,debit/cc/AP! The staff I’ve dealt with over the years have always been friendly! I’ve had other meals overtime too,but I really enjoy the chicken the most. Almost forgot,burritos are good too!! They also follow instruction regarding how you want your food prepared. Always a win for me! Last but not least,I now travel about 25 minutes to get there because I don’t live as close as I initially did years ago!“

A surprising food choice is a Polish-run restaurant that is a fine alternative to those who can't eat fast food. On the grand opening day I chose hot borscht which after smelling the aroma on the way home, I opened and consumed with glee. That is a major "wow" factor.
