“My first visit and I celebrated my birthday in one of the Igloos. There was a small mishap with the reservation but the staff and Niko himself assured us that they would resolve the issue and they did rather quickly. Niko bought us a round of drinks while the staff worked to find what happened. Once we were seated the Igloo was absolutely adorable. It was warm in there with the little fireplace heaters they had. The decorations couldnt have been cuter. It had a blue tooth speaker in there to connect our music. Food was delicious, fairly priced and came to us hot even after the walk in the cold, from the kitchen, to our table outside. We had a great time and I hope to be so lucky and be able to reserve one again next winter. Totally recommend the experience!“

“Another great day, ride, and burger. Voted by 100% in our group as the best or second-best burger so far this year! The 3/4 lb fresh patty makes all the difference between a good burger and a great burger. A quarter pound burger, even when triple stacked, is never as good as this 3/4 lb burger. The bun today was signature branded and was perfect and didn't compete with or detract from the burger but became one with the burger. The properly stacked burger toppings held their individual flavors with each juicy bite!!! A must visit place in Marengo, IL.“

“The food is always fresh. And won't let you eat fries that have even sat for a 5 min. We where fixing there AC and ordered some food and when we we packing up. And it took a little longer than expected and when we came down from the roof Steve's like those fries are no good I'm like there fine. Nope he made me some fresh ones and wouldn't let me say no. Lol great family owned business. By a great family.“

“Very typical for the chain. Parking lot is small and awkward, especially the drive through which wraps around behind. Service is more accurate than some other nearby locations, but is also slower. Strongly recommend using the app to order ahead, as it seems to be tge go to stop for local school teams.“

“I am absolutely AMAZED with the service I received! The staff was so friendly! They all came up to greet me and talked to me like I was a part of the family. The manager was so accommodating to my dietary requests. Usually, at other places, I am met with an eye roll and a sigh. NOT HERE! She listened to my concerns and responded with such tenderness! Every one of them deserves a raise! I will be driving way out of my way to only come to this location from now on! WOW!
