It is so hit or miss with this location. I have done mobile orders and when I get there it is closed. It is a pain trying to get my money back, if I ever do. I love Dunkin coffee but the same coffee I order and love at other stores takes almost burnt and bitter here.
Yes, sometimes they don’t have some of my favorite drinks or even donuts. But I don’t think that is the workers fault. That must be a corporation thing. The workers always feel bad but I think it’s out of their control. There are a few girls who look like twins or triplets! I don’t know if they are or not, but they are very nice and friendly.
This is a friendly small town enjoyable place. The crew is friendly. I’ve been there a lot when lilly and Chloe work. They are both nice workers and very friendly. Very smiley. Yes, my order has been confused before but everyone there is so apologetic and correct it immediately.
