My first visit and I celebrated my birthday in one of the Igloos. There was a small mishap with the reservation but the staff and Niko himself assured us that they would resolve the issue and they did rather quickly. Niko bought us a round of drinks while the staff worked to find what happened. Once we were seated the Igloo was absolutely adorable. It was warm in there with the little fireplace heaters they had. We were guests at a company Christmas Party last night. This was our first experience and we can’t wait to return! We had bourbon glazed salmon and the Ribeye. The salmon was cooked absolutely perfect, so tender it melted in your mouth. The Ribeye was cooked exactly as ordered and was one of the best steaks we’ve had in a restaurant in quite awhile. Last night we had the privilege of dining at Nikos Grill and Pub in Marengo. From the moment we walked through the door until the minute we left, we were treated as though we were family. Deciding to try the Igloo experience for hubby's 80th birthday, we could not have been happier with the decision! The setting was absolutely gorgeous with all of the twinkling lights.
