I waiting at stall 1 for 34 minutes for ONE item. Not only did I have to wait for over half an hour, a a couple others were waiting and multiple people kept getting their stuff before me and a couple others. When I had to go in and see what was taking so long, a few other people had came back and said their order was messed up as well or missing items. It’s rediculous. This was horrible. We were the only people in the drive thru and they still got our order wrong. The food we did get was room temperature. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had from
McDonald’s.
The manager at McDonald’s refused to give me the food I ordered saying that it didn’t go through and it isn’t paid for even though I showed her that it came out of my account.
I showed them all the information and explained that I just wanted the meals that I paid for. The manager said it didn’t go through and that the order was voided. I said I paid for it.
