It’s unbelievable that Smoothie King continues to let someone like Aysha represent their company. Her complete lack of professionalism and people skills has driven away not only good employees, but also loyal customers. She seems to target certain young female employees — most of them students working part-time and just trying to better themselves — and cuts their hours or makes work miserable for no valid reason.
