“So, my family and I went out for dinner at Crawfords this evening. Afterward, we decided to get ice cream next door, but unfortunately, they were closed. As we were walking away, the young lady stopped cleaning up and invited us in. l would like to recognize this young lady that was working the evening of 8/27 she was very pleasant and made our evening.“

I’ve tried their bubble tea, frozen yoghurt, fried chicken, dumplings, kimbap, bulgogi, tornado-potato, and udon. 😋 They are right next to VonMaur inside Hickory Point Mall. Owners are very friendly and the store is clean and pretty! Highly recommend it to anyone who would like a taste of Korean food.“

“Super disappointed in the staff here, but maybe it's a reflection on management, I'm not sure. I have ALWAYS loved this place, until today. My son ordered a double cheeseburger and they must have misunderstood what he wanted on it, and instead of saying, "We're sorry, let us fix it", the mouthy girl behind the counter just wanted to argue about what we ordered. Then , on top of that ,we (and pretty much everybody else in the place) had to listen to her carry on about how somebody called her disrespectful in the parking lot (which was probably accurate), making our already bad experience even worse. We have been going here for a long time (since I was a teenager and I'm 48 now) and NEVER had a problem until today. We weren't looking to be jerks, we just wanted our order, which we paid real money for, to be right. I really hope somebody there reads this and tries to make it right, but sadly I have grown to believe good customer service is no more. I don't think we will return here for a very long time , which kills me to say because again , I have always told everyone how great place is. I guess I'll just have go to the one on Oakland from now on.“

“Our granddaughter has a nut allergy. When I asked the girl at the register if the blizzard we ordered had nuts in it she asked if she had a nut allergy and said they would clean the blizzard machine before making it and make it away from the nuts. When she brought the blizzard she mentioned to let them know even if coming through the drive through and they would do the same.
