Service was horrible, soda tasted flat, didn’t get half of our order, when it did come out which our wait was over a hour it looked like the chicken wings was out of a banquet meal 🤢 reheated sauce and all. If I could give 0 stars I would have as I’m sick from this food

I remember when B-dubs was an amazing returant to go to. However since "COVID" most places have went down hill. This is my second time here and once again my wings came out cool/cold, with only a few of them being warm. My boyfriend said only one of his was on the cool side. We got cheese curds for a side and those come out amazingly hot. Overall not impressed by this Buffalo Wild Wings and would prefer not to come back here. Though my boyfriend likes it so I may have to suck it up. We shall see.

It's a well run establishment. Service is quick and accurate even during the rushes. Large variety of beers available on tap. The food is on point for what you would expect from a typical franchise. I have never had any issues with the food being prepared incorrectly.
Counter service for take-out is top notch. They take care of you quickly and get you on your way.

Placed an order online and after I picked it up, I realized that they only gave me one of the items I ordered and even that order was 3 wings short. Nobody will answer the phone so I can complain and get my money back. Having to dispute the charge with my bank. Absolutely pathetic and will never give them my business again.

First let me say we had excellent service from our waitress. But, bathrooms are filthy, walls are filthy. Floors are slick due to grease. Workers were standing around in their phones.
After traveling all day & another long day of driving the next day, I was happy to see a BWW near the hotel I booked for the night. I ordered 10 Cajun Dry Rub wings, celery and blue cheese, which came out within 15 minutes. My bad...I should've checked to make sure everything was in the bag. No celery, the wings were overcooked and no napkins. I like the Cajun and the wings came out promptly, but it was a disappointing meal.

Everything is fried in beef tallow, so there is no bitter taste in the food from spoiled seed oils. The French fries are perfect. Crunchy and soft to the teeth in just the right way.
