No communication between cooks and wait staff. Was given cold and reheated food that looked worse than dog food, and waited a 45 minutes for food before being told obviously not properly trained cooks staff lost my ticket.Wait staff was on point tonight but horrible back line. I spent 13 years as a chef and never seen a place fail so hard managers sometimes need to assist with food prep instead of sitting doing absolutely nothing.do your job or be known as garbage I would never serve the crap I received last night.

Notice how the owner only responds to good reviews and ignores the complaints clearly they dont give a crap about anybody except those willing to make this restaurant sound better then it is Worst service ever 50 minute wait time to get a doordash order. And that was for just 15 wings. Doordash support tried to contact them about almost 20 orders In a row with extremely long wait times an BWW didn't even answer the phone at 7 pm. Their regional manager is getting contacted in the morning
Be forewarned extremely long wait times 30+ minutes for the doordash driver could get your food.
Brings up serious health an safety violations since I personally seen cooked food sitting on the counter not cover not in a warmer while orders times are getting longer an longer
Wish I could give them zero stars their boss on duty was literally telling people when they called in complaining saying their wait staff ain't smart enough to put 15 wings in a bag then put a sticker on it an if they don't like waiting cancel their order an buy from somewhere else. Then hang up an say to a waitress they ain't canceling we're the only ones who sell chicken wings then laugh

We arrived for Veterans Day in 11/11/25 in Mattoon Illinois and the host said 15 min wait which was fine. In the meantime two groups of six came in and a group of three and were seated immediately in front of us. Then the host came back told us to give her few minutes to wipe off a table when there were probably 10 or more open tables already.

Third time at this location and the third strike for me! First time 2 years ago was dirty plates and poor service. Second time about 8 months ago, food was cold and wait staff were rude. Tonight I was seated and forgotten. Customer coming in after me were being service apps and I didn't even have a drink on the table yet. Done with this place!
Place was half empty upon arrival Was told we had a 20 minute wait turned into 39 minutes hostess was not friendly ordered our food took 44 minutes to get it and was cold when served. Server was nice she was only bright side

We had a bit of a wait to get drinks and food. It was not overly busy. The server was amazing, though. The food was very delicious. They had a new sauce; got it with the sampler, very good.
We ordered appetizers as meals, we waited over 30 minutes for our food and they weren't that busy. And then when our food got to our table it was cold. Just really sucks because we had been looking forward to it all day.
