Ouch. Sat at bar and HUGE mistake. Way under staffed and crew working slow. Sat down at 710p. Checked out at 805p due to only one drink offered, no napkins with traditional wings, no follow up on extremely delayed order. Food served room temperature. I had to get her attention to ask for a to go box and check.

Don’t go there past 10 those waitresses could care less what service u get. got off of work for a 16 hour shift just wanting to get something to eat and a drink with my sister and our husbands and took over 30 minutes to get us our drinks and took over 45 for her to take our food order. then another 45 minutes to get our food out to us and our food was cold I could tell they left it sitting for a good minute and then forgot my fries that I ordered my drink was empty for over 20 minutes and left empty till I paid my bill. All while another waitress said she only had 6 tables that night STRAIGHT LAZINESS very disappointed

Terrible service, waited 25 minutes for someone to greet us when ALL the tables were empty, then they asked if we could wait 5 more minutes! Had atleast 8 people come in behind us and leave. I cant believe they stay open with service like that! Been this way the last coiple times we have been there.

I was looking for late night food in the area and decided to try out this Buffalo Wild Wings location. The location in my hometown is generally pretty good, but I know they can be hit or miss elsewhere. Unfortunately, this location was the epitome of hit or miss.
Upon entering, the restaurant appeared to be clean and kept up, but I was confused on where to actually enter. There was a big sign advertising to-go, and I thought that was only the to-go entrance. However, this is the correct entrance for dine-in as well.
I was promptly seated but waited forever to get served. Just as I was ready to leave, one of the waitresses asked me “has he talked to you yet?”, referring to a waiter. Upon hearing that he had not, she took my drink and food order. I ordered the all-you-can eat wings, and I will say that the food itself was better than average for Buffalo Wild Wings. I also appreciated the waitress hooking me up with a refill of 12 wings instead of the normal 6.
In short, the food is good and the place is clean, but the service is really hit or miss and there seems to be a lot of sketchy characters dining here; lots of teen and 20 something boys who like to cause mischief.

I've been to this particular BWWs a few times trying to get my wings fix. Although the food has been sub-par and the service lacking, this last visit was an all new low. It took forever to get our food, and it was cold within 60 seconds. It was awful. Our server was friendly and apologized, but in my limited experiences, this location is one of the worst. Maybe I just always visit on a bad night...

I’m always hesitant to order now on Buffalo Wild Wings I usually do pick up order instead of dine in. When you place your order online it says there what time you have to pick up. And when you arrive at the right time they told you to pick up your order. They will tell you your order is not yet ready and ended up your waiting 30 minutes to an hour inside to get your order done. Hopefully they will fixed that problem. That way no one will feel doubtful to order again.
