Cant wait to get south to eat at Cracker Barrel but I had my first disappointment with chunky room temp grits and dried up pucks for sausage. Pancakes were dark brown and tough. I’ve never had a meal there that was bad until this one. New cook maybe?

Both our orders came with biscuits and gravy. Never did get our biscuits and gravy or any biscuits at all for that matter. Manager didn't seem to care one way or the other.

I had the best experience with Lawrence who was very kind and made my day which had been going awful so much better. I’m so happy for the kind Cracker Barrel employees who always show respect, kindness, compassion and great you with a smile when you walk in.

This was my first visit after Cracker Barrel reimagined itself back into being pretty much the same ole Cracker Barrel that I have enjoyed for decades all around the USA. I am happy to say that I will return there as much as I can.

Years ago I wasn’t a big fan of Cracker Barrel. My wife got me to go to this one, and I love the food and their service is excellent. I particularly like the fact that the manager comes out and greets the customers at their tables, and not only asks how the service and food is, but has a genuine conversation! I highly recommend this particular Cracker Barrel.
