The food is great...I can always get a nice vegan breakfast here. They have impossible sausage patties, big bowl of grits (no butter of course) and toast...the fried apples too. For the big bowl of grits they charge you double but grits aren't that much. I prefer to dine-in here...the prices are pretty decent...

Fried chicken was dry. I mentioned it to the server and said he should probably let the manager know. He apologized, but no one approached our table. At the register, I mentioned this to the cashier as well. She apologized and asked if I wanted to talk to a manager. I didn't really have time at that point. Not sure if anyone alerted a manager, but you have emailed to ask me to submit a survey, so here it is.

When we arrived we were told they were no longer taking names for a table. You could either check in on the app or check at the podium periodically to see if a table has opened up. It was a mess. You have a lot of elderly customers that do not use/have the app. Please go back to taking names!

Huge shortage of staff with long wait for order to be taken and food to be brought out. Food was not up to standard. Very disappointed. What staff was available were trying really hard but couldn't seem to keep up or check back with customers on food.

Ordered bacon and eggs with pancakes. Bacon was in the oven and wouldn't be ready for us. After we were abt done we switched to sausage. Wasn't done and eggs weren't done.

Terrible experience. We were seated in ten minutes, but waited twenty minutes for our server to greet us and take drink orders. We had to ask for silverware when our food finally came an hour later. All three orders were wrong or missing something and all the food was either cold or warm at best. No check back for drink refills or to see if we needed anything. Our server had only two tables with seven total customers; 80% of the tables in her area were empty. The bill was wrong; I was charged for something I did not order. I did ask the server to correct this, which she did. No apologies or even an acknowledgement that we had to wait so long for service or that our orders were wrong or incomplete. The cashier didn’t ask any of the typical questions about the quality of our experience. My son was a food service manager for many years and he was fuming by the time we left. $51 for all this not including tip. Never again.

Been sitting here for almost an hour waiting for dinner. Had one glass of sweet tea and my mom had a cup of coffee. We never saw our waitress again until she brought our food. Then we were able to ask for another drink. Lets see if we get it. Worst service ever!!!! Waitresses walk right by and dont bother helping other waitresses tables out. Drove 4 hours expected a nice meal this place sucks!!!
Usually don’t have any problems with this location, however yesterday was rough. Our waitress was no where to be found, someone had to go find her so we could get drinks. This was after 15 minutes waiting. Our food took a while despite it not being busy. My food was warm, not hot. Didn’t get a refill on my drink until nearly the end. I had Asked for a a drink for my kiddo, waited a while for that and only got it because I had to ask twice. After our check was dropped off, she never circled back one time to make sure nothing else was needed. She paid plenty of attention to other tables, but avoided mine like the plague.

Waited 15 minutes for a table for 2. When we got back to our table there were several clean and empty tables. Went up to check out and line was so long we waited 15 minutes to pay. No option on table to pay from the table.

A group of 16 came in just before us, which made us had to wait more than is normal for Cracker Barrel. The waitress did tell us why it was taking so long after we already waited a normal amount time. I love Cracker Barrel and will go back, the food was great as usual.

We did get to. wacker Barrell at 7:30 pm. What we ordered was chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. The chicken was soggy and the other food just warm. I have never had a problem with Cracker Barrell before, maybe because we went at 7:30 but if they don’t close till nine, you still would expect decent food specially at that prize

Eggs and hashbrown casserole were lukewarm. Excellent server and very polite. Hostess acted like she was new, asked her about cough drops and she said she didn't think they were sold there.
