I had never been to this Dunkin Donuts before. I will never go back. I ordered a coffee and 10 donut holes. I told the staff to just give me a variety of flavors. They were so stale. No glaze, no powdered sugar, no cinnamon sugar. Nothing. Two of them had Halloween sprinkles on them and they were even dry. I crumbled one up and gave it to my dog and he wouldn't even eat it. Little Debbie snack donuts are 100 times better! The coffee was good though.

I got the new potion macchiato (marshmallow ube), looked just like the ad! Tasted absolutely delicious. They were out of the spider donut sadly, got 4 others though and they were soft.

We appreciate an alternative to Starbucks' gender neutral bathrooms, slow service, and questionable employee hygiene. Past that, we just like Dunkin' options. Very clean. Bright and cheery. Fast, courteous service. The music is too loud to have a casual conversation or to read; no comfortable areas to work remotely.

We come here all the time for the frozen coffee drinks. Every time is absolutely mediocre and the staff can’t ever understand you at all or give snarky looks etc when you say they mess up. However Today was the funniest experience yet. We came to order our usual frozen coffees… we get to the second window after paying, and I’m handed one frozen coffee and an iced coffee. When I stated it was wrong because I NEVER order iced coffees, the lady who took my order came up from the first window, and rudely TOLD ME i ordered a HOT drink. Even though that’s not true either, I got an ICED? Then the ENTIRE staff comes up and watches; I’m talking 4-5 people at the window staring at me because she misheard my order. They didn’t just remake my drink because of their mistake, they made me pay for a new one and refunded me the other. Wild behavior, love dunkin as a company, absolutely hate this staff

Im giving advice if your can't speak our language why work. I asked for a French vanilla and got it cold. I never said iced I hate my coffee cold staring at people bc there not your color that racist.
I place my mobile order for my iced coffee every morning before heading to work (5am-6am) My coffee is always spot on and the gentleman and lady that seem to always be there each morning are just amazingly wonderful and friendly all around. Keep doing what you are doing. It is very much noticed and appreciated!

This must be a new building. But there's a lot of seemingly wasted space on the inside. The donuts are really good and there's a great variety of them at a decent price. I don't drink coffee and I don't eat breakfast sandwiches because I can't eat eggs, so I can't comment on those. But I like being able to get donuts outside of breakfast hours and I don't mean grocery store ones either.
Parking: Can be a pain to get into off Charleston Ave if you're not familiar with it.
