The food and drinks are made great. No complaint there. But I will say, my husband and kids go there frequently. And I mean like 4-5 times a week. Any time we go inside, because we want to sit, drink and play some little card games in the morning. Every time we do, we must stay too long for their liking because they will start cleaning our table and mopping around us, telling us we need to leave pretty much. Today, my daughter tried standing up so the lady to finish mopping around our table and she told my daughter “can you wait and sit down”, all we were trying to do was leave. I work in food service and I know for a fact that if you’re going to clean the lobby, you either wait til there are no customers, especially to mop or you start in an area where there are none and wait til those people leave to do that area. I wasn’t happy leaving today and that lady is glad I didn’t turn around to smack her for telling my kid to sit down.

I have been here a lot in the past year and sadly has never really been a good experience. The past four times I have gone they have messed up my order is some way. I usually place a mobile orders. They don’t check to make sure everything is right and then get angry when I give it back. It happened so many times I had to contact Dunkin through the app.

$16 for two drinks is absolutely INSANE. We are traveling from out of town and never paid this much for 2 dunkins drinks. Won't be back.

Don't go here. My husband and I walked in to order coffee and we were treated very poorly. We waited for several minutes to be noticed and were told we had to order off the mobile kiosk. The two women working there were rude and refused to take our order unless we used the kiosk. Took us quite awhile to figure out how to use the kiosk, so of course our coffees were not what we wanted. We got whatever poorly made coffee they gave us and we left. Forcing us to order from a kiosk is complete BS. If this is the way Dunkin is going to go with having no interaction with the employees who work there and having to deal with a kiosk, then Im switching to Starbucks. Atleast dont they force me to use a kiosk, treated me very rudely, and actually acknowledge me to make sure my coffee is made the way I want it.

This place goes farther down hill by the day. My coffee is disgusting. I always tell them I have a mobile order and they constantly try to hand me someone else’s order. I was charged twice on my card to I called them about it, they couldn’t understand at all what I was telling them. Used to be good, but wow. Lady working is always rude. Just hands me stuff and closes the window.

Got some donuts at work on National Doughnut Day. I ate the double chocolate, blueberry, and old fashioned donuts and all of them tasted amazing. Made work a lot better. Since I'm a chocolate lover, I'd say double chocolate is my favorite.
