The crew needs improvement. The whole place is always too dirty. Additionally, the ice cream machine hasn't been working for a couple of months; there are no ice creams or frappés this summer. Please pay attention to all of these issues.

The ladies bathroom was very dirty with no toilet paper in the stall I used. I was very disappointed that they had not serviced the restroom at 7am. I returned to the restaurant for lunch at noon and the ladies restroom was in the same condition when I was there for breakfast. I informed management on both occasions the condition of the bathrooms.Lobby was somewhat maintained except for the soda area. Just from experience in the food industry it is suggested to make sure the appearance of the facility be kept in good condition at all times. Hopefully it will improve with guidance from management. Staff were very professional and polite. My food was satisfactory. I will visit the location again despite my experience on the day I visited the location.

The young girl i think she's 2nd shift manager or she might be the cashier is very rude and with an attitude but uneducated and no respect makes me want to drive to the next town over instead of dealing with arrogance and attitude

I can literally knock on my bagel it's so hard. And the lady in the first window was extremely unfriendly, the lady in the second window was so busy talking to her coworkers she didn't hardly speak to me. This place has gone downhill and so have the attitudes. It's a real shame. I won't be going back and I will be telling my friends and family not to go there too. Get it together

Terribly slow, semi delivery blocking the middle of the parking lot. We waited on one drive thru lane for over 10 min just to order. Meanwhile the other lane had about 5-6 cars get their orders taken like nothing. The girl asked us to wait twice before finally taking our order because she was taking orders at the register inside. No time management, did not have Coke Zero when we ordered and didn’t have ketchup either, idk who’s running this place maybe there’s nobody currently there
My snack wrap had nothing in it??? They literally gave me an empty shell.

Was unable to buy anything because the card reader wasn't working in the drive thru supposedly. The lady at the window was rude, especially to the car behind us while she was talking on her headset. Called management and seemed like they didn't really care. Funny thing is, went to Mchughs right after and card reader worked just fine.

6:28pm on a Sunday night, it’s slow. Took 13 minutes to receive my food, only one person is working (lovely African American young lady with really long braids that are black and blonde) white lady with light brown hair with two pig tails working tonight was sitting there the whole time in her phone wasn’t helping. Trash in the play place 40 trays need cleaning.
