Never like the idea that they never give me any sauce on my order and when I ask one they said they will charge me for it. The service is very bad, they place and table is not even clean and wipe off I can even see the residue from previous person who eat on that table.

Customer order food at 5:50pm. They never received their order til 7:30pm. Customer kept asking where their order is. No response from anyone. Last time she ask about order, they demanded to see her receipt. They lose the order. Customer receipt to finally make their meal. And threw Customer receipt away. Customer demanded the receipt. Then Customer so furious about the situation that she asked to have her money. STORE refused her request. This situation is not acceptable in any way. I will not go back to Mattoon McDonald's ever again. Their rude, cooking area was trashed, no lids or straws for drink out for service.

Wrong sandwich when ordered in app for drive through. Then the counter person made a big deal of throwing it in the garbage when I came in asking for the correct sandwich. Bathroom was filthy and unclean also. Same bathroom used by their employees, ugh….

I don't like the new look of McDonald's. You have to use computer to order otherwise there no menu posted! Refills employee has to do it. We can't watch them. Sure to trust them not to spit into your cup.

Food was hot and good. The lady working the counter was friendly and professional. She not only took our order, she immediately went to the fountain area and restocked medium lids and napkins that were completely out. She apologized and said she just arrived for her shift so hadn't had a chance to check it. Previous shift could take some tips from her :)

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s today. Around 10:30 a.m., the blonde manager working the drive-thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. She became frustrated while trying to redeem my rewards, started yelling, and kept slamming the drive-thru window shut on me instead of resolving the issue. When I called back around noon to report the situation, she falsely identified herself as “Katrina,” even though she’s a white woman with blonde hair — which shows a complete lack of honesty and accountability.
To make matters worse, I waited over an hour for my food, and when it finally came out, it was cold and poorly prepared. The service and management at this location are far below McDonald’s franchise standards and need serious improvement.

The blonde Katrina manager working the drive-thru around 10:30 a.m., when lunch service began, was unnecessarily rude. She raised her voice over a simple request for a small cup of water, stating it would cost 50 cents. Her attitude was unprofessional and uncalled for. Additionally, the food quality at this location consistently falls below McDonald’s usual standards.

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s. I didn’t catch her name, but the young lady with blonde hair and some tattoos had a wonderful attitude! She did a great job helping me, and made sure that my order was right. I received my food quickly, and everything was great. The bathrooms were clean, as well as the rest of the restaurant. Very positive experience!

Most people that work there are very disrespectful. If you ask for extra they charge you but not put it on your food. I've had to go in there multiple different times because they gave me the wrong order. Someone didn't ring up my order the right way so I had to go inside tell them that my order wasn't wrong in right and then the lady told me to call the popo. Every time I go to this place there's always an issue or a problem with the person working and they never get your food right.
