Placed an order, and fell asleep because I was very sick. When I woke up, to track order the order had been cancelled. Then I proceeded to call Monicals and whoever answered was very rude and direct. Not understanding at all and she let me know the order was voided because I did not answer the door, AFTER IT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. This isn’t the first problem I have had with monicals! Do not recommend. Poor customer service

cheese pizza missing more than half is cheese so I basically just got just sauce and bread, and the other pizza we got was messed up all around the edges from the aluminum foil wrapping. add if that wasn't bad enough the pizza itself had no flavor at all not worth the money they charge at all.
