Slowest delivery I have ever experienced. Over an hour and still waiting. Called 35 min ago and was told it was out for delivery. I live less than 10 minutes from the shop. Ridiculous.
I went to the Mattoon store today, my order taker name was Josiah, he was so delightful. I love that he was pleasant. I give him a 10 rating on customer service. My sandwich was good too. Thank you, Josiah. I hope your manager appreciates you.👏👏👏
