My husband and I get coffee EVERY day from this location. Friendly faces and good coffee most of the time. They happily remake your drink if they get it wrong and always apologize.

I go to Starbucks a lot and this has to be my worst ever experience. I went inside and ordered 2 black coffees. Just 2 black coffees - all they had to do was turn around and pour my coffee and attach lids. Should have taken less than a minute. I waited for 20 minutes while the girl at the register continued to check out additional people in line - one who ordered 20 gift cards and another asking questions about merchandise etc. I finally interrupted her checkout asking about my order - she told me she’d help me in a minute. When she was done checking out the next guest she finally went to get my coffees only to find there was only enough left for one cup. She had to brew 2 new canisters of coffee. Ridiculous!!! After waiting 25 minutes I requested a refund for 1 of my black coffees and left. The one coffee I did get was luke warm. A cup of coffee shouldn’t take 25 minutes. I will also add that the prep area behind the register was filthy - I counted 10 empty cartons of whipping cream on the counter, cups and garbage scattered all over the floor and counters and food left out near the warmer. Gross! Complete incompetence- do better Starbucks!

Sat there for 25 mins and watched the 3 customers order in line behind me get there drink and I never got mine. Was given a refund and no drink. Went to dunkin up the road in and out in 3 minutes

I came through yesterday. I ordered a drink for 6 dollars on the app. A medium drink. It was absolutely disgusting. I had mobile ordered and the lady at the speaker box was rude and explained they needed more time for mobile orders. I understand that, but unfortunately the line is usually a 20 minute wait and I had to go to work. The tone of this lady’s voice was absolutely the nail on the head with this experience. I won’t be back at this location. If I want to waste money on some over priced coffee that doesn’t even taste good I’ll be going to Charleston Starbucks just to have a pleasant reaction.

Of course, here is absolutely childish and has made me wait over 30 minutes for a caramel macchiato and a Danish. The sad thing is is I was doordashing this for another individual so unfortunately I've had to run & because they won't give me the order. I have stood there and looked at the order right in front of them and they have refused to get it bagged absolutely incompetent

We got off the interstate to pick up a TR Cinnamon Carmel Cold brew. I ordered the drink from the mobile app. I tried the drink after we had already got back on the interstate and it was terrible. I called the store and spoke to the supervisor on duty Emily she was rude, unhelpful, and told me the only thing I could do was turn back around and have them remake it. That wasn’t an option as I was on the interstate and we were traveling and had somewhere to be by 11:30 and it was 11:00.
