I realize this is a new restaurant and there will be glitches but for the first time in all the years going to Champaign, we had terrible service tonight. The waitress forgot to put our order in and tried to tell us the computer went down(It didn't cause I asked the manager) we were seated at 5:30 and didn't walk out till after 7:30! Mattoon Texas roadhouse was a let down. with tough steak and bad management. worse Texas roadhouse I've ever been to. there were only 2 of us and they mixed up our orders when bringing back our replacement steaks. wrong steaks and brought at different times and sides weren't with right steaks. management was terrible handling the whole ordeal. not even an apology from management. the waitress was very nice and tried her best to make us comfortable through the whole nightmare....read full review
