Last evening I returned to the roadhouse for dinner once again . I learned something new. I found out that I could order a steak and tell my waitress I wanted it cooked Pitsburg style. Pitsburg style means that the cook will sear your steak creating a crust while carmalizing the fat on it. Looking more like a charcoal grilled steak. Came in around 730 on 2/5/26 Sat at the bar. Had the worst long island I think I've ever had was pretty much vodka and sour mix. My loaded baked potato was saturated in salt was absolutely disgusting. Never received my side salad. My husband's silverware was dirty. The bartender was so pre occupied scrubbing the floor was completely oblivious to what was going on. Terrible experience.
