The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...read full review

An absolute delight! I do miss the full service, perhaps one day they will bring it back. Order from a kiosk lacks warmth, friendliness and comes off rather sterile. However, the staff was still very welcoming when they brought our food. This location was incredibly clean, the food was as delicious and nostalgic as expected. Always such a treat when we find a steak & shake during our cross country travels.
