Love the new Texas Roadhouse in Mattoon Illinois. Great food,service. My go to are the chicken entries. I definitely recommend it to travelerand locals alike. Just a few blocks from Emerald Acres sports facilities . 😋

Excited to try the new restaurant in town. First time eating the tater skins and twisted mozzarella, got them as part of the combo appetizer. Tasted great, especially enjoyed dipping the tater skins in ranch. For my entree I picked the usual, chicken critters with mashed potatoes. Also had Caesar salad which was fine. Seemed like it took a little longer than expected to get the food but I guess it was a little busy plus they're still trying to figure it out. Overall, I'm...
