“The cookies are amazing as always! Staff can try to be a little more friendlier they give the factory worker feel (hot miserable & not trying to be there). Doesn’t feel welcoming but thankfully I’m not there for them 🤪 there for the cookiesss but a lil customer service goes a long way & if that’s too much try smiling it’s contagious! 😊“

“Ohhh sweet summer flavors and memories are found at Xurro! They have a great menu of many ways to get your sugar fix from sundaes to smoothies and seasonal flavors too. You can even get a variety of flavors in your ice cream base, vanilla or strawberry or Superman! It being my first time I decided on a classic sundae with churros and I was pleasantly surprised. The churros are crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and have the perfect dusting of sugar. It was gone before I made it home! A little on the higher side for price but it’s fair for all that you get.“

“First time coming, and I wasn't sure they accepted credit cards, but they do, so that's great. The flavor of the bread is good. The employee is very nice. I got some bread for día de los Muertos ? and the turtle concha ? was so cute my kid didn't want to eat. The place is clean and very nice decorated. Street parking. I'll be returning because I want to try their cakes.“

“Super friendly guys there. This was my 2nd Crumbl stop tonight as the 1st one off Golf (across from golf mill mall) did not honor my free bulls mini cookie. They said they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies. So I called the one off Touhy Ave in Niles and the fellow named Cesar was super friendly and helpful and said they’d honor it. So I drove there and they did! At the store, Cesar was super friendly and the other fellow working there too. So nice compared to the employees at the Crumbl near me in Skokie. I avoid that location at all costs! They (Skokie location) have no customer service skills and would benefit from some training in customer service. Could learn a thing or two from Cesar and his coworker.“

“The customer service was GREAT. I went in to buy sweet cheese popcorn. I walked out with banana pudding gelato and peach cobbler cheesecake jar. All taste like GRANDMA made it. Black owned let's definitely support.“

“Came in on May 5th at 9pm craving a deluxe ice cream sandwich and it hit the spot! Crew members were nice to let me sample ice cream since I didn’t know what to get aside from my usual but they did a great job helping. Will come around again!“

“My wife and I love coming here! But, you really need to have the cashiers start taking names for the orders at the walk-up. When there’s a crowd and the workers are yelling the order, especially when it doesn’t come out at once, causes a lot of confusion. If they yell out a name, someone will answer immediately.“

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and provided fast service, even though the place was busy. Everything was clean and well organized, making for a pleasant visit. “Came in today and was greeted by this very nice gentleman, looked like he was busy with the machines in the corner but he was able to assist me with what i needed and i sure left satisfied. i think his name might of been chris tall white guy with hair covering his forehead. nice guy, see him all the time wonder if he’s a manager because all the other employees never really seem to care. nice guy.“

“I decided to try them while scrolling Uber Eats looking for lunch. Who says you can’t have a banana split and fruit salad for lunch? They were amazing! I also found out they have a shop close to my house. So last night’s snack was nachos, Mangonadas, and of course a banana split! FYI the banana split is a meal all on its own so plan to share if eating other things. I highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
