This has to be the worst McDonald's that I've ever been to in my entire life first to start off the employees are extremely rude every single one of them is very rude and not welcome in I came to get breakfast and was given a coffee that was not even lukewarm I advised the staff that I would like a fresh cup of coffee that's hot like I paid for gave the front counter my coffee was told that my cough is ready about 45 seconds later and was handed a cop that was so steaming hot I almost burnt my hand when I went to take a sip and almost burnt my lip I noticed I've had fresh cups of coffee Brew before and I know that the cop is not extremely hot to the touch I also know that my coffee was the same exact color that when I originally returned it so they put my coffee that was not hot in the microwave and then gave it back to me and then when I inform them that I was aware of what they did they tried saying that they had no idea what I was talking about that they brewed it fresh well wow gee I know that it takes longer than 45 seconds to brew a cup of coffee I also know that it wouldn't be the same exact color as my original cop the fact that this location is so Patty over something that cost pennies to them is a pollen the customer service is extremely rude they can barely even communicate to begin with why don't you put someone at the front counter who can effectively communicate with the customers because when I ordered my breakfast sandwich I tried telling the woman I would like a round egg with my biscuit and steak egg and cheese all separate on a platter she Rings me up for a big breakfast and a steak egg and cheese biscuit and a big breakfast when I clearly told her what I wanted what do you expect for going to McDonald's

I went here at 11am this morning to get breakfast, i ordered a big breakfast AND a hotcakes & sausage meal. They BOTH were missing maple syrup and there were no napkins. Not to mention i was missing a sausage. One of my worst experiences at a Mcdonald's ever.

Dirty place to walk into no clean floors or tables, besides this point I paid for a food to come to the table and they never brought it just called out my name on top of that I paid for a large fry and was given medium fries,must have been cuz I used my points to redeem a Big Mac burger, well that said I won't be back to this McDonald's
-1 stars if I could, I just passed by drive thru less than 40 minutes ago and let me start with the speaker service was horrible. The manager lady kept like screaming rather than talking as if she was mad. We get to the window, she starts handing down the food as if shes in a rush when there was no cars behind me , didnt even asked if I wanted ketchup. I then get home but my little one was eating his mchicken in the car but when i get home i see its burned from both sides 💀 plus the chicken itself looks like it was sitting there for hours dry meat. Then I open my other son hamburger meal and see that the bread is also very burned with basically no condiments. Im sorry if you dont like your job but as a customer this wasnt the attitude nor the way of serving your food.

Went the drive through about 9:30ish last night for a McCrispy combo. I definitely received cold tenders and cold fries! Staff was nice and polite knowingly giving me what I didn't order to move the line along. Not cool. I hate wasting money so the little I ate even bothered my stomach. White Castles doesn't; if you know what I mean.

Deus Absconditus
Came to the drive thru after placing an online order. When asked if I ordered online I said yes and provided my online pickup order number and was told to pull up to the second window. When I got to the second window I was told to come back to the window in 5 minutes. She also mentioned something about not being able to come outside. So, I park and wait 5 minutes before pulling back around. While I’m waiting, I see them bring food out to a car waiting by the front door. So of course I’m a bit surprised since I was told they could not bring my food out to me after not having it ready and making me wait 5 minutes. I also see 2 other cars get served after ordering at the speaker while I wait. Upon pulling back around I discover that my order still isn’t ready as she thought I was a DoorDash driver even though I told her my pick up number when I arrived 8 minutes ago. It’s 8 minutes because there were 2 cars in front of me now when I pulled back around, smdh. So I’m told it’ll be another 6 mins because they now have to cook my food that I ordered almost 30 mins ago. Needless to say I’m not happy with the service or the late night manager. I will say I usually don’t have many issues with this location. However, tonight they definitely dropped the ball. They did give me a pie for the wait. But would’ve rather just had my order promptly ready as usual.
